Consultants, by definition, typically work on a project basis. They are highly professional specialists who come in, solve a problem, and move on.

Sorry, we do not place full-time employees, we don't do contract placement, and we are limited to not work with projects funded through a commission or success basis as the consultants we work with do not accept projects of this type.
